Refund policy

Please note that any product that has been cut to length is bespoke and cannot be returned unless faulty. We would always recommend you use our sample service before you place an order to help you ensure that the fabric is suitable for your project.

Sample Service
Our sample service allows you to experience the textures and colours of our fabric in person before placing your order. Choose up to 5 fabric samples as many times as you like with a £2.00 shipping fee to find the perfect fabric for your project. Samples are 10x10cm in size and cut to allow you to see the raw thread of the fabric.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel or update your order with any changes to product, fabric length or delivery information, we can accept up to 12 hours notice. Please email us at cotton@wolfintextiles.co.uk. Unfortunately after this time your order will have already been processed and any requests will no longer be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that the item is in any way defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
